Frequently Asked Questions
Leaders often have questions before starting something new. Here are answers to the most frequently asked questions about our services, approach, and our partnership with schools and districts.
1. What makes Legacy Leadership different from other leadership consulting groups?
We stand apart by centering leadership in identity, equity, and purpose. Our work isn’t transactional. It empowers leaders to build stronger cultures and leave a lasting legacy.
2. Who do you work with?
We primarily partner with schools and districts, and also support organizations that share our commitment to leadership, equity, and legacy.
3. What kinds of services do you offer?
We offer leadership coaching, professional development, organizational consulting, school improvement and academic support, signature tools and frameworks, and legacy leadership retreats.
4. Are your services customizable?
Yes. Every service is tailored to your context, goals, and values. We don’t do “one-size-fits-all”. We co-create solutions that fit your team and vision.
5. Do you work with individuals or only with organizations?
Both. We coach individuals who want to strengthen their leadership identity and impact, and we work with schools and organizations to transform culture and outcomes.
6. How are sessions delivered?
We offer flexible delivery options, including on-site, off-site, and virtual options. Retreats and team sessions are often in person, while coaching and workshops can be delivered virtually or in hybrid formats.
7. How do I know which service is right for me or my organization?
We start with a free consultation. In that conversation, we’ll listen to your needs and recommend the service or package that best supports your goals.
8. Do you offer long-term partnerships or only one-time services?
Both. Some leaders begin with a workshop or retreat and continue with coaching. Many schools and districts opt for ongoing partnerships to achieve a deeper, sustained impact.
9. How do we get started?
Please reach out to us through our Contact page. We’ll schedule a consultation to discuss your goals and design a plan tailored to your needs, timeline, and budget.
10. Do you only work with schools?
Education is our primary focus. We also serve select organizations whose leaders want to align identity, equity, and legacy in their work.
11. How is pricing structured?
Pricing depends on the service and scope of work. We offer per-session rates, team packages, and long-term partnership options. During your consultation, we’ll design a plan that fits your goals and budget.
12. Can we use our Title I, Community Schools, or district funds for your services?
Yes. Our services align with district priorities, including leadership development, school improvement, and student achievement, making them an allowable use of Title I, Community Schools, or other district funds.
